CLIENT PORTAL:

Your seller can watch their own closing.

This is the part agents tend to sit up for. Send your buyer or seller a link and they see their own deal: how far along it is, what’s already cleared, what’s happening now, and how to reach you. No app to download, no password to forget. You decide what appears there.

Most of the calls you field are some version of “where are we?” This answers that question before it gets asked — and at a listing appointment, it’s something the other agent almost certainly can’t show. It’s included on every plan, the free one included.

How you are currently working:

  • Sending multiple texts and emails

  • Looking back through texts and emails to see if you communicated what you needed to

  • Answering questions at all times of the day and night

How you COULD be working:

  • You choose what they see:  Each step has a switch, and it’s off until you turn it on. The client sees the milestones; your internal to-do list stays yours.

  • No login, ever:  Just a private link. The reason most client portals go unused is the password — there isn’t one here.

  • Leave them a note:  Write your client a note right on the portal — what just happened, what’s next, what you need from them. It’s waiting there when they look instead of buried in a text thread.

  • You know they looked:  You can see when the link was last opened, so “did you get my update?” has an answer.

  • You stay in control:  Shut a link off whenever you want, and send separate links when a couple wants their own.

WHAT YOUR CLIENT NEVER SEES.

  • Commission

  • Splits

  • Referral fees

  • Anything about your other clients

The portal shows the progress of their deal and nothing else.
