14. Calendar Integrations

If you choose to connect your Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook calendar to Real Estate ProTracker, we use the permissions you grant (for Google, the calendar.events permission) to read, create, update and delete events on your calendar so they stay in step with your ProTracker calendar. We access only the event details needed for this (title, date and time, location, and notes) and only while you are connected. We do not sell this data, share it with third parties, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. Real Estate ProTracker’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can disconnect at any time in Settings → Connected Calendars, which stops all syncing. To ask us to delete any events imported from your calendar, contact us at admin@realestateprotracker.app.

15. Bank Account Connections

Real Estate ProTracker lets you choose to connect business bank, savings, and credit card accounts so your transactions import automatically. Connecting an account is optional and available on paid plans.

How it works. Account connections are provided by Stripe, Inc. through its Financial Connections service. You sign in through Stripe and, where your bank supports it, directly on your bank's own website. We never see, receive, or store your bank username or password. Stripe's handling of your information is described in the Stripe Privacy Policy.

What we receive. For each account you connect, we receive: the bank's name, the account's name and type (for example, checking or credit card), the last four digits of the account number, and your transactions (date, amount, description, and whether each is pending or posted). We do not receive full account or routing numbers, balances, or the account holder's name or address.

How we use it. We use this information only to display your transactions in your account, suggest categories, avoid duplicates of items you already entered, and build your budget, tax estimates, and reports. Our access is read-only: we cannot move money, make payments, or change anything at your bank. We do not use bank data for credit, lending, or advertising decisions, and we do not sell it.

Disconnecting. You can disconnect any account at any time from the Tax Center. Disconnecting stops all future data access. Transactions already imported stay in your account until you delete them or close your account. If your paid plan ends, we disconnect your accounts automatically.

16. Tax Center Records

If you use the Tax Center, we store the information you enter or import there, including income, expenses and receipts, business-use percentages, mileage logs, estimated tax payments (amount, date, method, and confirmation number), and details from Forms 1099 you add. For a payer's taxpayer identification number we store only the last four digits.

We never ask for or store your Social Security number, full taxpayer identification numbers, or bank account numbers. Please do not enter them in notes or uploads.

17. Sharing Your Records with a Tax Professional

When you choose to send your year-end package to a tax professional, we create a private link that lets that person view and download a copy of your package as it was when you sent it. We only do this after you authorize it, and we record your authorization and its date. Links expire after 60 days, and you can revoke a link at any time. We email the link to the address you provide and send you a confirmation. If you choose a tax professional we partner with, they receive your package under the same terms and handle any further information you give them under their own privacy policy.

18. Tax Reminders and Calendar Events

If you use the Tax Center, we may email you reminders before estimated tax due dates and add tax deadlines to your RPT calendar (and to any calendar you have connected). Both are on by default, and you can turn either off at any time in the Tax Center.

19. Partner Offers

We may show offers from third parties, such as business banks. If you open an account through one of these offers, the partner may pay us a referral fee. We do not share your RPT data with these partners. Anything you provide to them is governed by their own terms and privacy policy.
