This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for purchases made through Real Estate ProTracker (“App,” “Service”).

By purchasing a subscription or paid feature, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. General Refund Policy​

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or explicitly stated in this policy.

Because Real Estate ProTracker provides immediate access to digital tools, features, and content upon purchase, we do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Lack of usage

  • Misunderstanding of features

  • Failure to cancel before renewal

 

2. Subscription Billing

Real Estate ProTracker offers subscription-based access, including:

  • Monthly subscriptions

  • Annual subscriptions

 

All subscriptions:

  • Are billed in advance

  • Automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date

 

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

 

Upon cancellation:

  • You will continue to have access to paid features through the end of your current billing period

  • Your subscription will not renew

 

No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.

4. Apple App Store Purchases

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store:

  • All billing and refunds are handled directly by Apple

  • Real Estate ProTracker does not have the ability to issue refunds for these purchases

  • Refund requests must be submitted through Apple at:
    https://reportaproblem.apple.com

 

Apple’s refund decisions are subject to their own policies.

5. Direct Purchases (e.g., Stripe)

If you purchased a subscription directly through our website or payment processor (e.g., Stripe), refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

 
Eligible Refund Situations
  • Duplicate charges

  • Billing errors

  • Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification)

 
Non-Eligible Refund Situations
  • Failure to use the Service

  • Dissatisfaction without a technical issue

  • User error or misunderstanding

  • Missed cancellation deadlines

 

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge.

6. Technical Issues

If you experience a verified technical issue that prevents access to core paid features, you must:

  1. Contact support

  2. Allow reasonable time for resolution

 

If the issue cannot be resolved, we may, at our discretion:

  • Issue a partial or full refund

  • Provide account credit

  • Extend your subscription

7. Promotions & Discounts

All promotional, discounted, or special offer purchases are final sale and non-refundable, unless required by law.

8. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension or termination

  • Loss of access to all data and features

 

We encourage users to contact us first to resolve any issues.

9. Account Termination

If your account is suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service:

  • You are not eligible for a refund

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy at any time.

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
