Frequently Asked Questions​

  • How do I create an account?

    • Open the app and follow the sign-up prompts. You can create an account using your email address.

  • I can’t log in

    • Make sure you’re using the correct email and password

    • Try resetting your password

    • If you’re switching between the free version (.com) and paid app (.app), confirm you’re using the same login
       

  • How do I upgrade to the Pro version?

    • In the free version, tap “Upgrade to Pro” in the Settings Drawer

    • You’ll be taken directly to the subscription page (no need to log in again)

  • How do I manage my subscription?

    • Subscriptions can be managed through your Apple ID settings:
      Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    • You can cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple subscription settings. Your access will continue until the end of the billing period.

  • I forgot my password. What should I do?

    • Use the password reset option on the login screen.

  • My data looks wrong or missing

    • Make sure you are in the correct client or transaction

    • Check filters (Active, Inactive, Buyer, Seller, etc.)

    • Refresh or log out/in

⚠️ If data appears missing after deleting a client or transaction, it may have been permanently removed

  • Documents not uploading or linking

    • Documents are linked per transaction (not stored directly in the app)

    • Use supported external storage links (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)

    • Confirm the link is accessible and not restricted

  • AI Notes not working correctly

    • Ensure microphone permissions are enabled

    • Speak clearly for best transcription quality

    • After stopping recording, allow a few seconds for AI to process

⚠️ AI summaries are generated automatically and may need review/editing

  • Finance / Budget not matching

    • Double-check entries under Income and Expenses

    • Ensure transactions are correctly assigned

    • Budget vs. Actual is a Pro feature

  • Agent Referral Network not showing profiles

    • Make sure your profile is set to “Visible to All App Users”

    • Confirm required fields (Name, Brokerage, City, State) are completed

    • Pro subscription is required for full access
