CLIENTS:

Everything to know about your client, in one place

Open a client and you see the whole picture — how to reach them, whether they’re buying or selling, what they told you at your first meeting, where they stand with their lender, and every deal you’ve done with them. When they call you eight weeks later, you’re not scrolling back through old texts trying to remember what they qualified for.

How you are currently working:

  • Their number is in your phone,

  • their pre-approval is in your email, and

  • what they told you is in your head.

How you COULD be working:

  • Both names on one record: A couple is one client, not two half-files. The spouse or co-buyer lives on the same record, so nothing about them gets stranded.

  • Intake and financing notes: Two dedicated places for the things that matter later: what they said they wanted, and where they are with financing. They’re there when you need them, not buried in a general notes field.

  • Past clients stay put: Mark someone inactive instead of deleting them. Your working list stays short, and your database — the thing your referrals come from — stays whole.

  • Bring your list with you: Import the clients you already have from a spreadsheet or your current CRM’s export. You are not retyping 300 people to get started.
